Hello, my name is Andrea Fleeman. I am the owner and groomer of Heavenly Pet Grooming. I truly love grooming. It is my passion and I don't look at it as work, but as an artform. I enjoy taking a dog and creating it into something beautiful again. I love each and every animal that comes to our shop, even the aggressive ones. My creative grooming has been featured in the book "A Creative Collection" by Angela Kumpe. I have won grooming awards and have also been interviewed on FOX Chicago Morning Show. I am always looking for ways to improve and become a more knowledgeable pet groomer.

I have a wonderfully supportive husband, Adam. We have a beautiful girl, Hannah and a precious little boy, Braeden. I am 28 years old and have been grooming since 1998. When I was 18, like most 18 year olds, I needed extra money. I was already working at a Vet Hospital and decided to go next door to the Grooming Shop to see if they needed any extra help. The owner, Carol Providenti, said sure and to come in the following Monday and she would let me dry and brush out dogs. After working there one day, Carol and the bather, Lisa, told me that they didn't think I was big enough to handle dogs, but that I proved them wrong!! It wasn't three months before Carol had me trimming feet and stripping down dogs. I worked there for about 2 years when I decided to move to New Mexico and started working at a shop in Ruidoso Downs. I moved around quite a bit during the next couple years and finally ended up here in Lawrenceburg, TN. I first worked at Clippendales with Pat and Tina, but soon realized that what I really wanted was my own shop. My husband decided that he would build a beautiful grooming shop here at our house. So there began Heavenly Pet Grooming & Kennel in December of 2004. We are now in our 4th year and business is booming!! I give all the thanks and glory to my GOD and Savior Jesus Christ for blessing my shop and family. We have wonderful dedicated customers!! We are always gladly accepting new customers.

Heavenly Pet Grooming and Kennel is a SMOKE-FREE GROOMING & BOARDING facility for dogs. Our shop is located on our home property in the back portion of our garage. We offer professional grooming services and specialized care for your beloved pet. We pride ourselves in having a SMOKE-FREE salon that is as stress-free as possible for your pets. Every day at noon, we take each dog outside to use the bathroom and get a drink of water. We strive to provide our customers and their dogs with the utmost respect and care. All Animals Veterinary Hospital in Loretto, TN refers only to our facility. We do not sedate any pets. Sedation, if needed, is to be done by a veterinarian. We are known for having a low stress environment so that there is little chance of separation anxiety from your pet. We know and understand how precious the dogs are to our customers because we know how precious our pets are to us. We try to accommodate each and every customer and their dogs no matter what their needs may be.

We have a 6 foot privacy fence enclosing our shop to ensure your dogs' safety. We also have a section of the backyard chainlinked to provide the dogs with their own play yard inside the big yard. We provide a clean facility with individual cages so that there is little chance of germs spreading from one dog to another. We bug bomb our facility once a week to ensure that our facility is flea and tick free!! We wash all bedding and towels daily. We use clippercide on grooming equipment to provide clean tools to give your dog the perfect look.

We strive to provide your pet with the best possible care when they stay with us. We do not make the dogs stay in kennels throughout the duration of their stay. However, they do have to be put in a kennel at night. All the dogs are allowed to play outside in our fenced in play yard several times throughout the day. We have shade trees for them to lay under. We are considering adding 10 indoor/outdoor dog runs in the future. They will have a home-away-from-home feel to ensure a low stress environment. We treat every dog as if they were our own. We feed dogs per owners instructions and provide lots of play time. We want the dogs to feel as comfortable as possible. The owners must bring food, but we provide treats and blankets.
