A Note from your Groomer

First, I would like to say what a pleasure it has been to get to know all of you and your special dogs.  I love grooming them and talking with each of you.  Some days I get behind because I spend so much time talking to all of my customers.  Not that it's a bad thing!!  I am going to slow down the shop a bit by scheduling lighter days so that I can spend time with the kids and help Hannah with her schoolwork and things.  They grow up so fast and I don't want to ask myself where the time went.  I know you all will understand.  I will still be running things as usual, I am just not going to schedule 15 dogs a day like I have been.  Please read the closings listed below, so you can plan for them.  Thank you so much for helping my business grow over the past four years.  Time flies!!  I give all the Glory to God and thanks you all of you.  I couldn't ask for better customers!!

Closings
We will be closing the first Saturday of every month to spend more time with our families. 

Closed - Thanksgiving Day and Friday.  Reopen Saturday
Closed - Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Friday the 26th.  Reopen Sat Dec 27th.
Closed - New Years Eve and New Years Day.  Reopen Saturday


The following are new policies that are effective August 1st, 2008.

PHONE NUMBER:The shop phone number, 852-3059,  is now only for the shop.  Messages will be returned during business hours only.  If you call and do not get an answer, please leave a message so we will be able to call you back.

LATE ARRIVALS/PICK-UPS:Please call if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and do not call, you must reschedule or pay an extra $5.  As for late pick-ups, we close at 4:00 pm.  Please call if you are going to be running late.  If you don't pick your dog up by 4:00 and do not call, unless you have arrangements with us, you will be charged $5 for every half hour you are late.  We think that this fee is fair. 

BOARDING:We have also had to change the way we charge for boarding.  It is now per day not per night.  Pick-up time is at 12 noon to avoid being charged for an extra day.  

We hope that you, our valued customers, understand and respect our new policies.



BATHING/BRUSHING WORKSHOP FOR DOG OWNERS

We have a growing interest from our customers to have a workshop that will show them how to properly bathe and brush their dogs at home.  If you are intested in participating in this workshop, please email your name, phone number, breed of dog, and two evenings that you are available to come.  After we have enough participants we will contact all intested with dates and times. 
This class will be 2 two hour sessions.  You will receive a proper brush for your breed(value of $4-8), comb if needed (value of $5), Spa gift set with proper shampoo for your dogs skin and coat (value of $20).

Workshop Cost: - $60 - non-refundable
